This is an appeal from the denial of a writ of habeas corpus. We affirm. Appellant sought relief from a Governors Warrant directing his extradition to the State of Florida, where he is wanted on the charge of trafficking in cocaine. The trial court conducted a hearing and denied habeas corpus relief on February 6, 12. In two points of error, appellant complains that (1) the affidavit and descriptors from the demanding state are insufficient to establish probable cause against appellant; and (2) the State never proved the person in custody is the same person wanted in Florida.
