Action for wrongful death in the district court for Beltrami county by the special administrator of the estate of U. I. Howard arising out of a collision between decedents auto and that of defendant, and for damage to decedents car. The case was tried before J. J. Hadler, Judge, and a jury, and a verdict returned for plaintiff of $4,750 in the death case and one of $650 as damages to the car. From an order denying his alternative motion for judgment or a new trial, defendant appealed.
